That's ok - users being able to edit their own work is one of the main reasons why we switched to this system, remember?

Please note there's a 'Show Preview' button next to the 'Save Page' button - if you're unsure about the changes you made, preview first, then save. Actually, previewing before you save is a good habit either way.
And you don't have to add categories one at a time: you can add all the categories you want to use in one go, and you can even add them as you first post your chapter. The exact code you need to use is listed at the top of each category, but if you should ever come across something on another page that you'd like to duplicate, but don't know how, you can always hit 'edit' to see how it's done - as long as you remember to exit edit mode without saving.
