To read an RSS feed you need an RSS reader. (I use Thunderbird, the same program I use for my email. Not the best RSS reader, but it's handy to have everything in one place)

Alternatively, you can get a free account at Bloglines or a similar service and read your collected feeds there.

If you have a Paid or Permanent LiveJournal Account, you can create a syndicated account here, which will display the feed items as entries. You can then add this account to your friends, so the feed items will appear in your friends list. (If you do, please let us know by editing here so other LJ users can also friend the account)
